latest ENB video showed of what can happen if you chose certain options for a npc latter in the video

It's really fucking sad and dark too what happens to her :,(.
That really hit me hard since you can find
her ribbon too
.
This game is already too much, doing much more than most npc's did for me in the past souls game.

This happens if you give her the brooch as well. Wonder if the pickup is actually connected to how you interact with her. I honestly didn't even realize they were supposed to be connected. >.>

Yeah so apparently once you defeat the final boss, you go into NG+ with whatever you have. That means you cant upgrade any of your weapons until you get to the endgame of new game + if you didn't do it previously.

Does the games throw you a decent hint that you are about to fight the final boss?

Also is there a point of no return (apart from beating the final boss ofc), ie not being able to go back and explore sections/talk to NPC you didnt do before?

If you have ten insight, then go to the hunter's dream then just out side the house you should see a small fountain, that's where you buy it from. (you need the ten insight to have the shop open.)

OK, i have the small...thing, i have network settings on worldwide with the password, now what?

This is what I wanted. So many people are skipping that entire storyline.

As big as you can get ,you'll get a special message
from the doll that about tells you it's going down so you should go around and do stuff like the chalice before going into the fight

Found a blood gem for the pistol with Blood ATK UP+12.6% and it really made a noticeable difference, easier to stun enemies that were taking more shots.

The IQ is pretty bad in general for everyone else right? I mean the aliasing is everywhere and that's not really debatable but the game looks a bit blurry in general to me and I wanted to make sure it wasn't my tv or dry eyes.

Edit: Camera also feels a bit zoomed out compared to the other games although that might be my imagination. My outfit has tassels I didn't notice until the camera got stuck on a wall.

Woke up at 8 in the morning today just to get some Bloodborne in.

Took the cleric beast on and managed to get him down in the second attempt after he wrecked my shit on the first encounter.

That feeling. Oh, how i've missed you, From Software.

Well, my character is stuck a corner with the wheelchair enemy. By the bookshelves. Anyone been stuck here? walked into the corner easily now i can't get out

Many thanks, so apart from that message, you dont miss any other world section, becoming inaccessible due to story progress correct? Everything is available even just before the final fight?

Just beat Father G on the third try. Feels good.
That sudden transformation suprised me but I got him anyway
.
Now I'm stuck on the area with the
guy on the turret
but I'm sure I'll manage to beat it eventually. Man I'm loving this game.

Yes it's obvious where it's going down so as long as you go everywhere else it's not gonna end the game.

yikes, so yeah. 4-0 now in pvp. that last fight just took *forever*. every time this guy got low he could easliy run away and heal up. have to run him out of potions and trap him. I won, but it wasn't fun and it took forever.

if the game allows for longevity (which I doubt highly right now due to the lack of builds and items) pvp won't be fun until some firm etiquette is followed regarding healing, because as it is now is just a 15 minute wait as each side runs through eachother's heals.

How come the OP says to level up you have to meet the first boss?
I'm already levelling up and haven't met any yet, am I just lost?

Would anyone like to try and co-op today? my playstation ID is Assassio and I am currently at the Cathedral. My friends are too far ahead of me now, I've yet to try it.

I'll be online in a couple hours.

Ultimate invade: right next to the cathedral ward. Play some footsies leading them slowly out side and lure em them to the
kidnapper enemy
and have them killed by it.

Welcome to blood borne guys. >:)

This game is so good gaf. Easily kicked Revelations 2 off as my favorite release this year so far. It was so much fun just party chatting with 3 of my best friends and all helping each other out talking and letting each other know of secrets they found. This game reminds me of the first time I played Demons Souls many years ago. I really hope this game sells great. judging by my friends list I think word of mouth is working quick because more than half the people at any point is playing it.

After
Vicar Amelia, you have the skull that advances time (and doubles prices of consumables derp) that triggers a cinematic.
It's convoluted, but once you see it you'll know the password, it's what they say at the very end.

Ah I beat her and did all of that. Didn't realize that was the passsword though. I kinda spaced during that cutscene and didn't realize what were they saying. Thanks.

I rage quit from a boss battle right in the middle of what would've been my death. I was going to quit for the day but I thought screw it, I'll give it another shot. I was surprised to see that it started me in front of the boss room and I went on to beat the boss that try. That felt good!

Boss spoiler

It was The Witch of Hemwick. I don't know why but she was giving me trouble. I failed 4 or 5 times in a row. I kept getting hit by the stun move and then I'd get demolished by her grab move after that.
It didn't happen this time though!

I just noticed that you can hear her footsteps in that last attempt too since I switched to headphones. Going near where you hear her footsteps seems to make her appear, before I had to wait forever for her to appear lol. Oops.

It's pretty much the same as Souls game. Wait for the community to decide on pvp etiquette.

faster movement + faster heal times make the problem exponentially worse. in souls at least there was some small chance of stopping an overmatched player from healing.

You can shoot them while they're trying to heal to stagger them then visceral attack.

Thank god that I love my job, or being at work now would be incredibly painfull. I don't think any other games than the souls games have me think so much about them when I'm not playing.

So despite having 25 Skill and my +4 cane having a B scaling with Skill, its attack is still only 107. It's amazing against most regular enemies since you can kill them without them even getting close to you, but it's so underwhelming against bosses. Are there any other weapons worth trying out that scale just was well with Skill?

Nothing I've seen after beating the game has better skill scaling than the cane except possibly the blade of mercy. That said, don't discount the cane on boss fights. My experience of using other weapons isn't the broadest, but I have a hard time imagining another weapon could have made many of those boss fights as easy as they were for me. It might not hit the hardest, but its moveset is extremely good for weaving in and out of boss attack patterns and getting a hit or two off.

It's outrageous how much stuff you can miss and still beat the game.

To get to my favorite area in the game you have to do some obscure ass shit.
