Can't wait for Halo-5!!!!Eh, I'd say November more like, since it will almost certainly be bundled and the 27th only leaves 4 days for big sales. MS winning Holiday 2015 just became relatively more likely. Halo 5 bundle plus Black Friday deals that they always seem to do well with. Add in that Zelda and Uncharted are delayed...
Of course it goes without mentioning that 343 had better make sure this release is basically perfect. Another MCC debacle will kill Halo regardless of MC's fate, lol.

If the anticipation thread is anything to go by, yes but much less than it once did. It didn't even get to the top 10, wherein even Wii u titles were.
I'm saying the Star Wars branding and LucasArts still didn't stop it from having pedestrian sale numbers.
I'm not sure which is bigger, but LucaArts isn't a slouch as far as a publishing company.

Im not trolling. How am i trolling. The game has actual competition in that space now. Im a halo fan and i noticed the community wasn't as big for 4 as it was for 3 when it launched. Ill be there day 1. But people have a legit concern. I would have peferered mid September but we'll see

My point was that Battlefield wasn't mainstream when the last Battlefront game came out. (Around Battlefield 2)
Now that Battlefield is a huge success on consoles, Battlefront will see similar levels of success.
Star Wars is also more relevant now than ever with the new movie coming out this year.

Plus, it will have both EA and Disney behind it and it's coming right along with a brand new Star Wars film. The game is definitely going to be huge

No, see dude, I was messing with you. It's just that is what others think whenever someone brings that up.
Hard to say. Halo 4 released at a time in which the Xbox 360 user base was very high. The Xbox One user base doesn't compare to Xbox 360 in size at that time (obviously) though the Xbox One's game library isn't as big as the 360's was in 2012 (no where close). Things could go either way I think.

I'm going to buy Halo-5 & SW Battlefront. I would expect most XB1 owners will do the same.
Not sure about the sequel, but the 1st one is LucaArts best selling game ever.
I'm not denying it will sell, but don't think Halo has anything to worry about really.

Lol oh ok my bad. I liked halo 4, halo 5 seems to be back on course from beta impressions. Im their day 1 just hope the community remains as robust 5 months later and doesn't dwindle to quickly
Lol man I wont be getting the game until like 2016. The pop will be fine its not like you were going to get to play with EVERYONE anyway. Games still fill up quickly on Halo 4 on 360 and that's been out for a min.
I still find games in Titanfall with ease still and that population is lower than 4's was.

I think it's worth mentioning that the civilian perspective is rarely visited in the Halo series, so it's interesting that Halo 5 is featuring it (at least in part) in the story. While those that play the game know "the truth," it's feasible that the couple hundred million humans who survived the war might not have all the facts.

That's why I don't really worry about low population.
Gives haters something to latch on I suppose, I'll be waiting for the inevitable Halo 5 charts.

Can't wait for this game. And I'm way over COD and honestly think COD is on the decline. Destiny was way more fun than COD.

If they handle it like Respawn did with Titanfall it will be more than fine.
High(and unrealistic) expectations for any game not named COD/Destiny on the XB1.
BF4(before Hardline) is a top 10 game and doesn't even average 30,000 players.
Given away the maps would be a great way to do that. Sell visual stuff and audio through dlc.
That was a good one but Starry Night got me way more hyped.
As far as this Halo 5 trailers go they have me intrigued. Never been a big fan of Halo Lore but I'm a sucker for this kind of "WTF is going on?" stuff.
