is there a Moonlight Greatsword equivalent like the other games?
What level? I just did him and I was late 60s.
As for tips -
Don't do what I stupidly did on my first two tries. I tried to LOS the sword AoE attack he does at 50% health and below, thinking you were meant to just accept it. Destroy the sword to stop it.
Keep close to him in that phase. His three attacks chain can be parried pretty reliably on his first attack if you shoot as soon as the animation starts.
His jump up charge attack is easy to dodge and can be used to get a few hits in as well.

There are 2 really long ladders that connect Iosefka's backyard cemetery to the Forbidden Woods. The climb up can be kind of nerve wracking if you didn't know about where it led to.

I think I'm really done. This game is just an insult to gamers. The One Reborn is supposed to be "easy" according to all the Bloodborne fans yet it's impossible for me. I refuse to play coop just for beating a boss but this is just stupid. How is this game fun for anyone? It's just a collection of enraging encounters. It's like From went "lulz we will put this brickwall here after a shitty zone with spitting plants just to mess with players." Not fun at all, and even with the shortcut this boss just refuses to die since attacking from the sides gets me mauled-wtf-combo-u-ded almost all the time.

When we played the game the first night, my friend was the first in the house to find it (there were 7 of us). It took some of the magic away of that ladder climb for me, but I knew exactly how he felt when he came out of the grave in Central Yharnam. Just like when you leave Blighttown, go through New Londo, and up to Firelink after what seemed like 50 hours of adventuring through hell.
Here's a tip for that boss:
Once you get into the arena, immediately run past him and go up either of the spiral staircases in the back. Once on the balcony, start killing the bell maidens. The best order is from furthest to closest to the boss, as he can throw some random body part bullshit at you while you're up there, but only if he's within a certain range. The bell maidens can stab you with their daggers, but you'll see this coming, if they ever even try it. Once all 6 are down, head back down the stairs, and he'll almost always scream and do his AOE blast. Wait for this to finish, then start attacking his hind legs. Beware that his hind legs actually alternate, since he's built like a see-saw. The middle area is super dangerous because it's made of human legs that will kick you into oblivion. If you can deal a lot of damage to him quick enough, he will get staggered and fall down. Try to find the head that has the human torso , as I believe that side takes more damage when you hit the torso. Keep an eye out for the red orbs above you, as these rain bodypart bullshit (this is my name for it, makes me giggle) on you and can deal serious damage to you. When he starts groaning and screaming, RUN AWAY to avoid the AOE damage. Run back in, rinse and repeat. The fight just takes patience as he can attack from literally 360 degrees and deals significant damage. His feet are the safest place to attack. Good luck.

Playing co-op is kind of fun, you should try it sometime. I sometimes do bosses co-op even if I know I can beat them solo, just because it's fun.

I don't think there's any harm in levelling up a bit more. Couple of points in endurance, couple in strength or skill, depending on your weapon. Those wolves were great for levelling up once you open that shortcut.

You've probably heard several tips already but in case you think of giving it another go.
- Go in, two hand.
- Run up the stairs, kill all casters.
- Wait for The One to get near the balcony and dive attack.
- Head round the back, carefully. Hit its rear a few times.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time with it. Have you watched a video of other folks fighting it? Have you cleared out
the witches up above by using the stairs at each side of the back of the arena? You can also hide there to heal, I bet

on my NG+ run, forgot how stupid this fight is. Easily the worst boss in the game just because of how cheap it is.

Going to have to wait for a run where he doesn't chain explosions followed by meteors everytime I get to safety for 5 minutes straight to kill him.

Yep, they start slow and kinda boring especially since most people save them until they are way over leveled for the early ones. But once you hit Depth 4 it really picks up.

I'd recommend anyone that wants to do them all/get Platinum should start the first Chalice as soon as they get it. Spread out the grind since there are a lot to get through and keep things more interesting for the early dungeons.
upper mergo's loft there are 3 pigs there worth 9.4k souls a piece and the shadow guys worth 4.5k.

Unseen Village. You can net a lot of souls by rushing the bell maidens, then killing the mobs. On NG+ I was getting about 93k souls per run from the upper bonfire to the lower one near the laser beam monster.
I was just about to fight the 4th boss for the 4th time
and the strangest thing happened, something attacked me
Vicar Amelia (it's giving me some trouble as it keeps healing more than I can damage it)
and dragged me into the unseen village. I don't feel like I'm supposed to explore that area yet as the enemies are extremely difficult. Am I supposed to go through it now or do I return to fighting Vicar Amelia?

So the Threaded Cane scales slightly with arcane, but no amount of raising it seems to effect its damage at all. Did they change how weapons scale in BB?

i believe arcane scaling only applies if you slot an elemental gem, use fire/bolt papers, or use the empty phantasm shell. otherwise it will scale with skill. someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

-Amazing and gorgeous world building and art.
-Trick weapons feel amazing.
-Navigation/Inventory system is so much better than the old games.
-I like the transition to more aggressive approach compared to the souls passive gameplay.
Cons:
-game gets boring, little to no rewards from bosses unlike the souls series.
-Armor is huge downgrade from Souls games.
-Stuttering and input lag are shit.
-Bad design choices (I cant get the final secret boss because i killed the clinic npc early).
-While the art is amazing the game doesn't look impressive technically.
-Online didnt work 90% of the time which is a shame because i loved interacting with other players in past games.

That gesture is like right next to a boss. Or is that on a different floor? The whole area is optional though, so it doesn't lead to another area or anything.
In the area where the werewolves are there should be a passage on each side. One goes to where you need to go, the other an item I think. I believe I'm remembering that correctly. When you see the two brain sucker fucks together you're in the right place.
definitely explore and if nothign else trip the lantern so you can access it without dying. its one of the best early areas for farming.

Killing the clinic npc early still doesn't take you out of the running for final secret boss
I believe how it works is if you use a gem to change the damage type it goes by the arcane scaling on the weapon. If you use fire/bolt paper or the enchant spell it adds a flat damage modifier.
