I was at her fog gate for a half hour and could not get any help. Fuck I hate her fight. No other boss in the game has given me as much trouble as her

Feels so good.

It's right when you walk through the doorway to your left. There is a little plank/ stick thing pointing out. Look for a note a saw a few in my game showing the spot. Make sure you are healed because the fall is a big one. You have to drop down twice.

There's a platform immediately above it you can just drop down onto, as opposed to having to make a long jump to get to the platform it's on. I was making it way harder than it was.

Have you looked at one of the videos for it? I just copied the placement straight off a video and it worked for me. It's a bit tricky because of the angle but your in no rush, so take your time to line it up.

There's a rune, Radiance:

At 42 Vitality, this rune allows you to heal for 557, 11 more hp than the usual 546. This is a whopping 0.8% more than what you would heal without this rune.

Huh. I've seen people in Chalice dungeons using a vial and it seems to heal so much more than mine do. Then again I'm only level 83. They may be like 130 or something.

Aside from the rune, just pumping points into Vit allows for greater heals via vials. Definitely the best early stat to put points into.

In two handed mode it does bloodtinge damage and scales off of bloodtinge. In one handed it does physical and scales off skill. So only reason to use it two handed is if you have a high bloodtinge star.

Good luck! If you decide to kill her, you won't be able to join her covenant. It is probably the fastest way to get them though. The beast claw is in a chalice dungeon, if you haven't found it yet and you will need to fight the final boss to get his badge to purchase his weapon in ng+.

Keeper of the Old Lords

does such insanely high damage with just the normal attacks? I'm getting one-shotted by

the sword strikes after they're buffed with fire and the combustion

despite having good fire resist and defense. The entire fight seems way harder than it's supposed to be. The boss fight might be fun and not completely unfair if I wasn't dying at full health from just the normal attacks and combos.

I'd assume the account I'm fighting the boss on is underleveled, but the rest of the chalice dungeon was fine and the previous bosses were not nearly this damaging.

I can't even imagine facing the Defiled version.

So clearing out the entire first layer, other then Boss, of Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice (Depth 5) with all 3 Moon Runes equips gets you a grand total of 530K. Wow.
