On PC in engine can look damn close to gameplay. At speed you probably wouldn't notice a difference.

The game won't look like this not even on PC.
Specially in regards to animations and such. This is just bullshit.

You think they care? Game comes out this fall, going to sell like crazy even if it is down graded. In engine footage is all about exposure and marketing, most gamers don't know what it means.

This is a Microsoft thing, it's not on EA.

Look at any other title... pre-orders start much earlier on PSN than XBL. These are platform holder decisions, nothing to do with purchased exclusivity on anything.
