old active Batman Vs suddenly new Superman isnt the same from the story they're adapting at all, and it's a hole they gotta dig themselves out of if you ask me

they're obviously fast-tracking this to get to JLA and those big Mahvel bucks but there's no doubt this movie/confrontation/TDKR semi-adaptation would have worked a hell of a lot better years down the line after both versions of the characters had been better established in their movie universe and knew of each other beforehand

Yeah, that's probably why they held out as long as they could. It was really a loose-loose situation hype wise. I suppose it's good trailers for movies a year away don't matter that much.

No but WB clearly didn't want to release this in the wake of the massive Star Wars teaser when it is still the dominate discussion all over the Internet. This trailer is not getting its time to shine. It's just a big mess in terms of how this is being launched into the public. It's fighting a losing battle for attention right now. All because of a stupid cellphone cam leak. But there is no fixing this now. Next teaser hopefully will have a better launch.
