I've been reading posts about it. And I just saw it now. You see Jason Todd's costume beside afflecks face. Its really hard to make out, but once you see it, you can't unsee it. :o

So yeah. Look at afflecks left side. The costume is in a glass case.

Let's be honest, if you seen him coming towards you, you would shit your pants. Christ he looks intimidating.

I hope they recast Jim Carrey as the riddler, he did such a great job, like george clooney and arnold schwarzennegger.

Man, superhero movies came a long way.

Despite the names on the stones, note that the prop department often insert such stuff for their own amusement even if it never makes the film or is meant to be a part of the story.

There was a prop-department news article that circulated twice (before and after the film) which talked about Metropolis turning radioactive... but it's not substantive to the film:

Granted, a headstone is more likely to make it into a film than a newsclipping... but just saying that a prop doesn't make its inclusion in the story a certainty.

If anything it may

Setup under the red hood but Dick instead of Tod. I'm more inclined to believe that. Don't think they would kill him without plan.

It could but I don't see what you gain from changing it to that person? Unless you're just merging them like others have suggested maybe? IDK.

Could be true. Will hope that's true.

Just to clarify the Robin easter egg for those not seeing it, Bruce appears to be standing in front of the costume in the trailer.

Is 'shit going down' supposed to be X-ray stalking Lois or getting the shit kicked out of him by Kumar? :p

That shot was just before he threw an island into space.

He threw an island into space.

He threw an island partially made of kryptonite into space.

What should I see here? Is my screen too dark or something?

There appears to be a caped costume behind Affleck, which automatically means that it's Robin's and that it's an easter egg. Or something, I don't even know.

People seem to forget Batman has like 40 suits in his cave.

Yea I can see the cape and make out the gloves.

Can't believe I didn't see it b4 lol.

Someone versed in DC comics should create a thread to Show Batman vs Superman trough the Years in Both comics and Animated shows/movies with screen caps, references, and maybe some Background, The "How can Batman go against superman/Why is Superman fighting Batman/Its absurd that Batman has a chance against Superman so this movie is going to be a PoS" its getting repetitive and it pops up every 2 pages.

Edit: Im liked everything I saw so far, and ,maybe this time ge get that Smart Batman from Comcis/Animated shows

Colour timing makes everything look grey, but the cape is definitely lighter in colour than the pants, and it doesn't seem as long as Batman's (extending just past the knees).

It's probably a big burden to introduce Todd, Tim and Damian in addition to his current Robin and Dick. It's doubtful each of those characters will all get developed as well. Condensing it to one Robin provides a meaningful explanation without creating all these loose threads that you won't ever have time to fill in. At most we're going to get like 3-4 bat solo films with Affleck and that isn't enough to flesh out all those characters in addition to creating a great Bat story. Basically too many cooks spoil the broth.

You're being fucked with.

It's hard to tell due to the blur, lighting and filter, but it looks like the cape is slightly lighter than the suit. It looks like it's raised too like it's on a pedestal, so it could be a memorial to a fallen robin.

I don't blame him. i'd want to get rid of the place where he was beaten like a homeless man by punk teenagers too

I'm excited, Batman looks awesome and intimidating. MoS had it's faults but I did enjoy it. Hopefully some lessons were learned with it.

I never doubted that Affleck wouldn't be a good batman either. He's a good actor and really tall.

This would be a dream come true..

A Batman who has had enough, tired of all the destruction and murder at the hands of Joker...would be incredible.
What's that from?

Also Man of Steel's going to seem really weird in hindsight knowing that Batman, the Joker, and all kinds of villains that we'll see in Suicide Squad were active at the same time. And in Batman and Joker's case, been active for years

It's a good adaptation. Interesting in that it removes Batman's inner monologue from the comics.

Hey guys! We live in a world where we're Batman AND Superman in the same damn movie!!!! And it looks at WORSE, ok. This is the same world where a second Avengers movie is happening. We are so goddamn lucky to be alive right now.
