Just Cause 3 gameplay trailer up

Didn't play Just Cause 2, couldn't get into the demo when it came out and never really gave the game a chance after that. The setting for this looks great though.

Oof, couldn't disagree more. I much prefer creating my own fun in a sandbox to playing heavily authored content.

It's been confirmed many times now that there are no microtransactions. The leaked pictures were of an early build where they experimented with micro transactions but have since removed them from the final game.
 
I asked for this. And there it is. Once I settled to its ridiculous premise as a setting for destructible mayhem I enjoyed JC2 immensely on PC so really looking forward to more of the same with bigger explosions.

This and their Mad Max title (whose gameplay trailer I liked too) may well make it two Avalanche games taking up a lot of my time this year.

Decent trailer. The pre-order stuff was a bit below the belt, certainly enough to make me NOT pre-order, which I might have done nearer the time.
 
When did Rico turned into John McJohn the American John ? He used to look like a sexy latino with open jacket, now he looks like a Joel clone with a shirt underneath his jacket hiding his magnificent torso :(

Looks really good. Funny the game clicked with me more on PC than consoles. Hopefully they will be able implement an MP component much like modders did on JC2.
 
Excited for the game of course, but the trailer didn't impress. I mean there were shots of some really cool scenes in there but they were all cut away too fast for me. Would have loved some longer continuous shots.
 
He jumped out of a fighter jet that crashed into a buidling while he parachuted away. Cool. I loved JC1 and 2. Hope they put multiplayer in this.
 
Just Cause 2 was ace. One of the best open world expierences I had. Still, JC2 came out of nowhere and I start it playing with no expectations. Just Cause 3 on the other hand is now one of the most anticipated games so I hope to see some major improvements in driving physics, characters and story.
 
Just Cause 2 is some of the most fun I've had playing a game, even though I can't have made it more than halfway through the main 'plot'.

This trailer make Just Cause 3 look like more of the same, so I can't fucking wait.
 
looks cool. graphics aren't jaw dropping but it looks fun. interesting to see avalanche launching two games in the same year. wonder how many employees they have

Seems like it would be a good decision for Avalanche to delay Just Cause 3 to around January-March 2016 like what happened with 'Dying light'. 'Dying Light' would not have had the sales it has had if it released in its initial release date.

A blatant falsehood cant really be an opinion....you cant go tell someone I served in the military, and when they call you out, you jump back and say "in my opinion". The game doesnt have Microtransactions you saying it does is just straight up bullshit.

Avalanche studios gonna be getting a double dosage of cash from me.
JC3 and Mad Max...this is gonna be a good year for me.
Just Cause 2 was my go to game whenever i just need to let off some steam quickly and without thinking too much.
 
The game looks good
But the trailer was bad

Too fast. Tried too hard for its own good.

"looks like Just Cause 2" who said that´s a bad thing?

Its the only game that i wish i had a Ps4 or Xboxone to play

(but then the PRE ORDER NOW FOR EXCLUSIVE pops up and i remember life is sad)

It isnt exactly The Order but its a definitely an upgrade over Just Cause 2.....which wasnt exactly a slouch of a game lastgen.

Can't watch but have they commented on the Story yet? Will there be actual missions?
Or are they going for the 5 missions and the rest is just messing around on the map to build your "chaos" meter.
