Hi,
I'm emailing to check up on the progress on a recent ticket I opened up through support; the ticket number is "TICKET NUMBER".
This is the 4th day where I've been unable to access any of my content on my PS4 as my PS+ subscription has completely vanished, as has everything in my services list. All my purchases are still showing up in my transactions list online, as are the expiration dates on all my PS+ games. Right now the PS4 is useless with this issue that I've been told is linked to the PS NOW Beta for the UK.
I know I'm not the only person who has been affected by this issue, as threads about it have been popping up all over the internet about it this weekend. Not a single person has been able to solve this issue.
I would just like an update on the situation if that is possible, being in the dark and not being able to access thousands of pounds worth of content which I have been purchasing since 2009 is quite frustrating.
