Why? I know it must be annoying for you but it's only effecting a small sub section of players taking part in a limited availability closed beta event - it's not something that's having a big enough of an impact on all players to garner that level of coverage.

Considering the functionality lost here I think this affecting only a small number of people should still be a pretty big deal.

I would have thought big sites would have jumped at tbe chance for more SONY FUCKS UP PSN AGAIN articles even if it is just for a small number of people.

We also don't know just how 'small' a group of people it is - it could be thousands ?

From what I've seen its everyone who has signed up for the PS Now beta in the UK
For that Beta to be useful I'd say the very minimum they would have on there would be 1000 , but i would think its more ?

Considering there's this thread, one on reddit and an 85 page thread on the Official PlayStation forums, I'm guessing there's quite a few people with this problem.

Plus it's confirmed to have been linked with the PS NOW UK beta, and I doubt that it's a very small group that are a part of that.

It seems to have been fixed, downloading a random demo in the PS Store restored my PS+ icon.

After doing that, restoring licences brought all my content back.

Biggest bonus is that P.T. is still downloading, was worried that is was gone forever after I formatted my HDD.

Same. You know what sucks? If this post wasn't here I wouldn't have known to do that. It's not fixed without downloading something free like that. Word needs to get out that people need to do this.

Yeah, Sony really need to get the word out to everyone who is a part of the beta. A mod is keeping people posted in their official forums, but they really should think about getting a blog post out or at least a tweet...

Just read the update from Sony, is it working for everybody now? Was a little worried that my Project Cars pre-order was going to be an issue but hopefully that will be OK when I get home.
