Inti Creates?

Level design in most of their games is pretty underwhelming, and in a metroidvania that's... scary.

Also not a fan of the art style.

Lol
Voice acting David Hayter :)
Igarashi knows how to reach inside peoples pockets.
Smart bastard :)

Also, barely seen screens on mobile screen, but it's looking good to me

I don't hate the art but much prefer the more gothic style of SotN and also loved the style in OoE.

Regardless, I'm very excited for this. Wish it wasn't so far away.

Going to back this once we get at least a prototype, I'm super careful after the whole MN9 debacle.
They have 30 days to show something, go!

I can understand someone not liking the art style, and specifically wanting Kojima since her art-style is iconic and amazing, but I just can't take any "too anime" or anime buzzword complaints seriously. Like someone said earlier, that could mean practically anything considering the extreme variety of manga and anime artwork that exists and while I realize that people generally mean it to be the pandering otaku moe style that has been popularized in Japan as of late...

...this looks fucking nothing like that.

They aren't dealing with a store here. They don't have to go out and do all the marketing posters and finding the right stores to display it in. This feels like its more personal and straight to the fans, which is what we should all want.
Hmm, quick one-off sketches versus a character study...

Where is that PS4 one from?
Is this a joke?

One is concept art and the other some very quick bonus art.
whoosh

Cute girls are a mistake.
They're nothing but anime.

Interesting that the "runes" are the numbers outside the stained glass that keep it from spreading all over her body. Apparently when the crystals completely cover a person that person turns into a demon.

Stream mentioned that Gebel is already turning "dark" or whatnot because so much of his body is covered in them, and that he can't use the runes like Miriam can.

Where's that from? It's awesome.

The stream, Iga explained that he went with the middle design over the Cross Hammer because it's actually multiple weapons. The top crystal/ice part makes it into a hammer but the base is actually more like a rapier or a spear. It's kind of a little bit of hidden trick with it. That makes it sound super awesome, honestly. lol
