Well Adam Rose was in NXT for about two weeks before going to the main roster, so they never saw how short the shelf life is for the gimmick which is just an entrance.
Bo was actually getting decently over on the main roster, then for no reason they started having him lose all his matches and stop getting promo time.
Emma was put with Santino.
she'll be great in a weird love triangle with Paige and Nikki Bella that'll lead to literally nothing on Raw
