Hopefully he'll appear in H5 or something. I hope he isn't dead
I have a theory on how this is going to end as well. I reckon they'll make the final episode in video form and play it on the main stage at E3 and it'll explain what's going on in the outer colonies.
Season finale means we get a season 2 right?
I want more!
Rather, the new trailer opens with either live action or in-game conclusion to Hunt the Truth and lead-in to Halo 5. I'm visualizing:
... Bonnie Ross gets on stage: "For the last three months Halo fans around the world have been eagerly anticipating each Sunday to follow Benjamin Giraud as he attempts to hunt the truth about the shady past of the Spartan II program and the seemingly traitorous acts of Master Chief. Last night we treated fans to the epic two part finale of that left fans in a precarious position in how they view the Master Chief. Today, we want to provide the thrilling end of Ben's tale and let you see for yourselves if the Master Chief is indeed a traitor."
Trailer plays.... Leads into game play as Spartan Locke.... Trailer ends with Locke meeting Chief.
... Bonnie Ross returns to the stage: "Alongside the launch of Halo 5: Guardians, on October 27th, we will also be launching the Steven Spielberg-produced Halo television series the week after on Showtime, Xbox Video, and the Halo Channel. It will be free for anyone who purchases Halo 5: Guardians. Oh and here's some big team battle game play from our pro team. Enjoy E3!"
Let the games begin
or
Rather... time to finish what was started long ago.
What does this mean?'Our' protection?

Another group?
E3 is going to bring the campaign hype. I can feel it.
Civil War Part 2
So did ONI cut off contact from the outer colonies or was that the Diadact?
My guess is the anomalies. Hopefully its some new faction and not Covenant/Forerunners/Flood.
That looks so much like a reaper...Or it could be the spirit of fire
or whoever this belongs to![]()
M'Shak gone (Dead or just "missing in action)

Outer Colonies cut off?
The tension is being delivered so well by industry standard setting acting.
This is the greatest hype machine I've ever witnessed (wasn't here for I Love Bees)

Might want to spoiler tag a few of those, quite a few people might not have heard the episode yet.
The first thing they should do is listen to it. Coming into the thread before hand is asking for trouble.
Outer colonies cut off? Their cries for help will fall on deaf ears when deep space bad boys arrive.
Unless it's the same deep space bad boys that have cut them off in the first place...
Fantastic episode as always. So, how many are left at this point, three with two of them being the day before MS's E3 conference?
Very true. Love the ambiguous cliffhanger they left it on! I'm just wondering if they'll actually lift the curtain on the mystery meat before E3. I know one of my friends would love to see insurrectionists in a game, so that'd be interesting.
Any chance "our protection" = Team Blue?
Any chance "our protection" = Team Blue?
Keegan is absolutely SLAYING it! He's great.
So guys, as someone who hasn't been paying attention to this thing will I be lost as fuck when it comes to Halo 5?
Like I tried reading some posts in here and I have no idea whats happening or how you even find where this stuff is.
Idk I was trying to get caught up and am worried reading this stuff Halo 5s plot is gonna be a mess
I don't know why, but I feel these "deep space anomalies" have something to do with the Flood. That would be a legit shook moment right before E3.
What.. the guy from Key and Peele that does the Obama Anger Translator bit is playing Girard!? I literally had no friggin idea. I'm now even more impressed.
A) Listen to the episodes, they're damn good.
B) No clue. There's been one event that could be a significant lead-in, but past that, everything's up in the air. We only barely know what Halo 5's plot is going to be (Locke & Co. hunting Chief and Blue Team for some supposed treason, and even that's a little bit wonky since it clashes with the E3 tease where the Arbiter talked about how they needed to find the Chief to save the galaxy), so other than that one thing it's all up in the air.
