Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection announced, October 9th, UC4 MP beta access

The multiplayer doesn't bother me. This looks great.

But DOES IT HAVE 3D SUPPORT?

It would feel like a major downgrade without that.

Trivia question:

How did that book end up with a bullet hole? Answer by naming the person.

These games are mainly for the people who never got to enjoy the series, I think it's great that they are developing with some strong talent behind it. I never played TLoU on PS3 so playing it for the first time on the PS4 was incredible and was the best gaming experience I had in a very long time.

There were a lot of great PS3 games that I bought late like the Mass Effect Collection and and Borderlands 2 (Only paid $10 for Mass Effect Collection and $20 for Borderlands 2). I beat ME1 and was about to start 2, but I purposely stopped because of the rumor of the Mass Effect collection coming. If I knew that there would be so many remasters this gen, I just wouldn't have bought these games, lol. Instead of bitching about the Borderlands 2 remaster price, I'm just going to wait until the game is $30. By then, the majority of the bugs/performance issues will be fixed.

...60 is fine. They charged 60 for TLOU solo and are charging 40 for GOW III

It was $50 for TLoU, included the MP and DLC expansion, and the game was less than a year old. As for GOW III, they were appropriately raked over the coals for that ridiculous price.

Jak and Daxter HD Collection was $40.
Ratchet and Clank HD Collection was $40.
The Sly Collection was $40.
The God of War Saga was $40.
The Splinter Cell HD Collection was $40.
The Prince of Persia HD Collection was $40.
The Hitman HD Collection was $40.
The Tomb Raider HD Collection was $40.
The Devil May Cry HD Collection was $40.
The Infamous Collection was $40.
The Killzone Collection was $40.
The Resistance Collection was $40.
The Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection was $50 (5 games).
The Assassin's Creed: Ezio Trilogy Collection was $40.

There's a very obvious precedent for these sort of collections and people really aren't being unreasonable when they point out that this is overpriced.

Congratulation Dad, you just made me impulse buy The Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection...

Why do you hate Golden Abyss so much Sony?

WHY?

It's not a very good game.

I am sorry that you have an understanding of value that is stuck in pre-1776 Economics.
Sure, if by 1776 you mean 2012.

TLOU was actually $50, which was a pretty good price considering it only came out a year ago. I'm not even that upset about the Uncharted Collection's pricing, just kind of baffled that there are some people that honestly can't see how someone might value the package as worth less than $60.

Even if the game was $40-$50, would the ones complaining about price even buy it? You could always wait a couple months for better deals or Black Friday if you live in the US.

Was it really 50? Huh, not bad.

But yeah, this is whatever. It's not a price I'm too hateful on. I can see both sides.

That being said, Jesus Christ Dad the game is going to probably be in sale for 40 bucks for the holidays, chill out

Three great games in one. Plus UC4 Beta. I think $60 it's a fair price. Well, depends on how it will look and more importantly, how it will play with the new additions and changes. But omg, looks like is going to be another holiday of remasters for PS4. Last year with TLOU and GTA V, now with Uncharted. Of course E3 is around the corner so hoping for more games to be announced and launched on holiday for PS4.

Doesn't make God of War III look good value for money at all by the pricing of it should've been £19.99. Will probably pick this up though, Uncharted 2 was my most played game on my PS3

Such weird value arguments in this thread, $60 is reasonable but if you don't like it then you can wait. Nobody forces you to buy it Day 1.

Lack of MP is a bummer.

But I would rather get a thorough, expertly made port job of the single player if that's the sacrifice that had to be made.

No animations canned at 30fps, no broken geometry and textures, no framerate issues.

If not dealing with netcode and the porting of a multiplayer system was the price to pay for that, it was the right decision IMO.

Is it normal that I have the UC Collection showing up 2 times under the PS Store transaction history? Until Dawn has pre-order stuff too and shows up once only.

I only got 1 email for UC Collection though.

I'd definitely buy it at $40. If they had the MP components - even if just on UC2 - like I thought they would, I would easily buy it at $60.

1080p/60fps is nice and all, but these games already looked great and played great on the PS3. Just like Last of Us before it, I don't think I can justify double-dipping.

Great news if you never experienced them before though.
