How can you tell which batch you have?
On your order it says "Estimated Shipping Date: October 16th". Once they run out of those they'll go to November 10th ship date.
I just hope they never stop supporting the Xbox 360 (One) controller for those of us who prefer that rather than this weird Steam one.
Remember the awkward control scheme in Kid Icarus Uprising!?
would it have killed them to have one analogue stick on there though? On the left would have been good for walking etc.
Yup, answered my own question but thank you!
Really excited about this, but bummed they take the $115 out now.
wonder why they decided to show Wolfenstein to talk about the precision of the controller, instead of maybe an actual competitive game like CSGO. I mean hell thats THERE game.
Ill bite for 50 udollars.
Because playing a game like Cities: Skylines (as shown in the trailer) with an Xbox controller is (a) not possible out of the box and (b) even if you set it up, most likely sucks a lot harder than playing it with a dual touchpad system. Why is this a better option than the Xbox controller plugged into my PC?
Are you talking about the control scheme that was actually fantastic?
can you play mobas and strategy games with this?
Can I Dota with that thang?
Uh, It has an analogue stick.

You can fling the ball with your thumb and grab it to stop, and use different areas of your thumb to roll the ball. If you watch the thumbs in that video they are very active on mouse games, and that's bad. You can also place a trackball mouse in any location and retain complete control, no grip necessary. I rest mine on chair arms, couch cushions, my chest, my leg, the laptop, etc.Oh so you've used the Steam Controller, how is it and why is it worse than a trackball?
Yeah, that's the only part which annoys me.And I don't like the two AA batteries. Was kind of assuming it'd have a built-in rechargeable battery as is standard for gamepads these days.
Just from the video the thumbstick and buttons look so awkward, look like you really have to have long thumbs or stretch awkwardly. I'm just saying this from the video, I will reserve actual judgement for when I actually get one in my hands.
Why is this a better option than the Xbox controller plugged into my PC?
Ugh, £40 here in the UK. WHY?

I'll be trying to get one of these early for sure, very excited to finally try it!
*And ordered. Here's the Canadian order page.

Controller looks pretty cool and it's awesome to see a gaffer game in that trailer.
But AA batteries? In 2015? Why? What a baffling decision.
Hopefully it's more resistant than the PS4 controller. My left analog is peeling off and that's not good for a 50 euros controller.
Also, what's that shooter in the end?
Pfft twin force reactors
