Partly, also because the only reason why she did this was to identify with the black community, but the black community will most certainly not identify with her now that the truth is out.
There's no reason other than her own personal gain for faking this. She could've still been a civil rights activist without literally trying to be black. Just ask the millions of white Americans who are just that, white civil-rights activists. But she thought she'd get farther if she was black, so that's what she did.
And not only that, she's also commenting on the condition of modern of civil rights issues, talking about independent black women, etc. as if she were one of them, but it's completely dishonest.
Blackface doesn't magically become non-offensive just because someone is "using it for good".
