Going through Ryu's sound files it is clear, that he has many different stats for his specials.
There are three variation of him saying Hadouken, with the last one him saying "Shoto-nats" (can't make it out)? Two version of him saying Shuriken, one normal and one sounding stronger. And two version of his Hurrican Kick one is him only saying "Tatsumaki" and the other "Tatsumaki Zankukyaku".

No idea, although I'm hoping that Lucas, Roy, and Ryu are bundled together for ~$10.

Well we did get aura storm in brawl.
Was it mentioned that Dream Land & Fountain of Dreams songs from Melee were found as well & most likely will be used on Dream Land 64?
No word on a bundle, but DLC characters tend to cost $4 for one system each, or if you want both 3DS & Wii U versions, it's $5.

That's a lot of Fire Emblem reps. We got Marth, Lucina, Robin, Ike, and now the return if Roy.
Any Star Fox love? Return of Wolf perhaps? Add in Krystal, just give her a rocket launcher, machine gun and staff.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. Perhaps Ryu has the 2-ultra selection (can't remember the proper name for that ultra selection) as his final smash?
Maybe there are chargeable specials as well

Sakurai said he wasn't going to have "just any" 3rd party characters in Smash. Characters like Pac-Man, Sonic, Ryu, Mega Man, and Snake are major gaming icons.
(Obviously Nintendo characters are a different story. So nobody need mention that characters like Shulk get in the game.)
Well, they are iconic but unconventional choices for fighting game characters. Snake is pretty random and was only included because of a personal request by Kojima. Oh, that's just great. No Splatoon Girl.
Smash ballot is still open, so I doubt these guys had much to do with it.
Also they may never do anything with the Smash ballot.

Not bad, wonder how much more DLC is planned. That's 4 characters already. Are they going to say Ryu won the poll already because we all know that's BS. At least this breaks the smash has rules only one third party per company. That and sakurai lies since he said no fighting game characters and yet here we are.

Shakunetsu hadoken is the red fireball that sets the opponent on fire and knocks the opponent down in street fighter games.

Ryu looks amazing, and since I play Mac, I have a feeling I will like him, love how his b blue ball move looks. Sorry don't know much about street fighter lol

Sakurai and the whole of Nintendo are some habitual liars. Anything they say never take it as face value.
Watch as after the SSB video thing, there'll be a bundle of Mewtwo, Lucas, & Roy as the "Veterans Bundle" or something.
Wonder if Inkling Girl is just a random trophy or we gotta obtain it via challenge or something. Would be surprised if the game just gave it to you when you booted it up.

You know, despite this being leaked, I'm still looking forward to seeing what Ryu will DO in Smash. Roy... is a known quantity. Neat that he's back, and since Marth isn't all that hot in Smash 4, we might actually get a Roy that's better, but really. We know Roy. But there are so many ways Ryu could work, most notably because he's been in so many games.
I will say this, though. His Powershield animation just HAS to be the SF3 parry stance. It just has to.

There was one theorized moveset which had this exact idea. Can't find it right now though.
The Smash Ballot is still ongoing. These characters were going to be added in ballot or no.

It's not just another sword wielding. He's another Marth Without Tipping. Lucina is already there for that niche. Without substantial changes this is another Dr. Mario/Dark Pit level addition, and may even be behind a paywall.

Was only one character from another company ever actually a "rule?" Seems like it was something fans thought was a rule because we only had one 3rd party character per company until Ryu.

Ryu having a Street Fighter style Super Meter would be fun, EX moves and all. Just make the input into A+B+Direction for EX.
I'm actually still looking forward to the official reveal, since there's still a lot of unknowns about Ryu in Smash. We know Lucas and Roy from earlier games. Ryu... not so much. He's been in so many games with so many different takes on fighting game mechanics, so seeing how he'll adapt to Smash is going to be interesting.
So, yeah, still hyped for the official reveal. We know who, but how is still unknown.

So I wake up to this, huh.....can anything about this Smash Bros installment not leak for once, please? Kinda spoils the surprise...ah well. Roy is whatever, didn't need him back, but I'm happy for his fans. Ryu is awesome.

Man I'm gonna be bummed if Guile's theme isn't in this. SF has a lot of good music so I guess you can't fit them in there, but does Ken really need two songs?

So let's assume you gotta buy the Dream Land 64 stage (& Ryu's, though I'm sure it'll be included if you buy him). How much you think Nintendo will charge? & will they even offer a 3DS version?
I both want & hate this. I kind of wouldn't mind amiibo as an "easier" method to getting trophies, though.
