Everyone I've theory crafted the character with all agrees that should be his f-smash. It is just too perfect

Though it could also be down special and his fsmash could be the focus from SFIV. But now that I think about it his focus attack could work as down B, kinda like a counter.

He's hacking in order to play the characters. He's probably using some kind of exploit to make the game think he's playing Mario.

Not necessarily, I think that would be a bad design choice. What if I wanted Hadouken when someone was near? It very well could be but I hope it's a different input, like forward B.
