Nah. Simple character that has some good tools will almost always look dominant early on. Once the meta develops Birdie won't look as good. I think KBrad was able to outfootsie Birdie earlier today with Cammy so someone designed for thatblike Chun Li or Ryu should be able to keep him out fairly well.

Those short ass 30-50% combos are about as far from sfxt aa you can get. Game is high risk/reward as shit from the looks.
