So it's pretty much a forgone conclusion that Just Cause 3 is going to be GB's GOTY this year right? It's Saints row all over again. Jeff and Dan are already super excited about it
So it'll be the big open world RPG vs the silly game, part deux.
Right now I predict it will be a top 5 of Witcher 3, Just Cause 3, Fallout 4, MGS V and Super Mario Maker.
Not enough PC-only indie games that I will never be able to play.

I don't know if the ff14 ps3 > ps4 transfer for free is still active but they reduced the price of the ps3 version if anyone wants to get into ff14

Man that 40min MGS5 demo is a huge bummer. All my fears from the previews have been confirmed.
The game looks like it's well made but the actual game look super repetitive and instead of having a proper campaign experience like in previous MGS games you just get another generic open world sandbox game with hundreds of boring and generic missions to do.
It basically look like if it was an Ubisoft take on the MGS stealth gameplay.
I'm getting so tired of all those open world games we're getting almost every month nowadays.
Also fuck Keifer, was not worth it to get him over Heyter if that means he only has like 15lines in the game. Sounds like some kind of ego trip from Kojima or something

I was surprised how much I liked the Destiny segment. Really good show overall, even though day 1 was better. Lang, Drake and Jeff Green confirmed for tonight, gonna be a good one.

Everything I hear about MGS5 makes me think "That sounds pretty cool" which doesn't mean good things for people wanting MGS-ass-MGS.
It reminds me of the Deus Ex answer last night. When Jeff asked about people who are concerned that stealth in games is too watered down because you always have the option of just shooting everybody and there are no real punishments for not playing a stealth style, the guest responded by saying "Nobody is forced to use stealth in our game! You can shoot your way out of everything!" Sounds great to me, but that's just because I hate games that present stealth as the only or objectively best option.
I'm not a stealth guy just like I'm not an MGS guy, so I interpret the game sounding remotely appealing to me as a bad sign in general. I hate how much those games love to talk at you, so the main character shutting the hell up sounds great.

I don't know, I kind of ended up loving Ground Zeroes and played it like 20 times, so if it's just more of that I'll probably love it
