Game of thrones is $12.50. Think I'll pass at that price, still have to finish witcher and Batman.

Oh man, i totally forgot about this on my time with VC2. One of the few things that actuallyt turned me off the game back then : (

Yes, but be advised that is an alternte universe setting even if there are similar faces like
Blonde Rin and Red Saber being another hero and having a way different personality
.Still part of Nasuverse
 
All this talk about Valkyria Chronicles 2 being a bad sequel makes me wish Sega would bring the PC port of the first game to the PS4. Never got to play it & really don't wanna play it on my PS3.

Can you add the prices for all of the items too please like you did for the vita please. I know you were excited but maybe this thread should of been made the days the sale started and not days before so we new the prices/what was on sale from the start. Just a suggestion.
 
Is Mind Zero worth $10? I know that it's just a Persona clone, but maybe that's not the worst thing ever for that cheap.
 
Was gonna grab Tales of Hearts for a good price, but doesn't make any sense at $14. Game is $30 new, but sells used for only a few bucks less.

I liked it.

It's an RPG with a great battle system, similar to FF X.

The story and characters doesn't take itself seriously, so there are some good comedy moments.

It's a budget RPG, but I had quite a lot of fun with it.

well they do make good JRPGS, the neptunia games were a delight. never took themselves seriously and was just fun.

Is it possible there are further PS+ discounts? Prices are good already but wouldn't want to buy too early.

To everyone thinking about VC2 go for it! I love the first game but I actually like VC2 more.
 
I thought VC2 was pretty bad. If you are super thirsty for more Valkyria Chronicles, then it's worth a try for $5, but virtually everything is noticeably worse than 1, from the story to the gameplay. Anything unique has been substituted for generic high school anime stereotypes, and instead of big maps you get chains of very small maps that you use transfer points to move between. It's much clumsier than VC1.

Edit: Apparently you can put the VC2 DLC on Vita, you have to transfer it to the Vita from your PS3 though
-The game isn't in the Vita PSN Download List, so that is why you have to transfer the game from PS3 to Vita.
-After transferring the game to your Vita, you can then put the game on Content Manger on your PC/Laptop, then you can just re-copy the game on your Vita from your PC (thus not needing a PS3 to play the game)

I hope this clarifies things for people. Sorry if I confused anyone :(.

Here's an easier way
1- VC2 is Vita compatible
2- It is not downloadable directly to Vita however
3- Just download it to a PS3, Connect Vita to PS3 and transfer the game
4- Avan's laugh on the go~

If you liked Neptunia, you probably will like Omega Quintet.

It isn't that much of a parody as Neptunia games, but it doesn't take itself too seriously.

I prefer the combat and level design on Omega Quintet. More options, combos, systems, and so on. I still play it from time to time.
 
Man, that's a interesting list. What's worth getting if anything?

And is Valkyria 2 any good? Heard a lot of mixed things compared to the first.
 
Can't believe the hate VC2 is getting. Yeah it's different, but I thought it was a pretty great portable title. Loves all my time with it.
