Just so that anyone who cares knows, all of the tournaments are TBA because they're all being scheduled around when P4AU and GGXrd pools are happening. Steams are also TBA, but that's moreso because it's never really known until the last minute who is or isn't going to get lit up by 4G connection issues.

The rules explicitly state that you have to be a US citizen to enter the tournament. I can see how from a practical matter that stinks, but it is what it is. Who knows whose call that is, even -- it could be a weird legal issue for all we know.

Or a sponsor issue that says they want actual US players (citizens) for the spot. Remember, the spot is for foreign players to participate in Arc Revo as a special team, no? Having Japanese players that are residents take the spot kind of defeats the purpose of creating a slot for foreign players specifically.
