I think people can dig through the comedy central website's archives and dig up individual segments. Continguous episodes would have to be archived by other means, the official stream offers no rewind or random access.

You can watch any clip from the history of the show on the website, but it's hard to get it in an easily digestible, episode-by-episode form. If you Google a date you can pull up a clip and then find the rest of the clips from that day. That's kinda the best you can do.
