I was able to watch the latest episode but not the stream, on my laptop. Weirdlier (it's a word, honest...), I was able to watch the stream the day before yesterday. Dunno why it's broken

Yes, but not all episodes. guest host episodes and some specials are being skipped.

I get one for Geico where a guy tries to get a cat to get help, the Mountain Dew Kickstart with the obnoxious music, maybe a couple others for Geico, and that's all I can remember at the moment

When the stream was unlocked internationally, I got only CC ads, like Amy Shumer, Hannibal Burress, etc.

After the region locking and tricking it with the x-request-for trick, I seem to get commercials that are aimed at U.S. viewers, and sometimes I only get a silent break.

Hola is P2P and apparently it got... misused a while ago. Though they claimed to have fixed it.

Ah, usually region locking is a lot more difficult to get around. For anyone else who's having trouble, this blog post helped me (also works for Chrome).

Just gonna quote myself for the new page, you don't actually need to use a proxy or a VPN for watching Comedy Central content, it's enough to modify a HTTP header, which is harmless.
