Rage quitting crashes the game. Of all the problems the game could have, this is the worst one. It just sits here with that icon at the bottom spinning until you close the game.

What's the appeal of Sean? He looks pretty bland to me.
I don't find him to be bland looking but the appeal of the character for me is his personality. I rather like that he took his own spin on shotokan martial arts and turned it into this energetic but very unorthodox looking style. He's a cool character

When people disconnect from me, it sometimes gives a notice "opponent has left the game" and when I press a button it returns to the title screen. Other times it does get stuck.

I give it 30 seconds.

I just looked up R. Mika's moveset. Flying buttslam, really? Hahaha.

Also, I bet her V-Trigger will temporarily turn her into El Fuerte.

Edit: Love the panty flashes on Karin during her rekkas, too.

Sat there for 5 minutes while making the post, it's happened 3 times to me since launch so it's not very annoying, but the game crashing after rager quits might end up giving the quitter a sense of satisfaction, which I can not let happen.

I'm not at all impressed with the game. It's a fighting game released in 2015, yet is somehow worse than the fighting games released almost 20 years ago that it's trying to emulate. The game is just sloppy, the announcer thing mind boggling odd (who wanted this? yes I know you can turn it off), the UI atrocious, the character designs generic, the movesets straight ripped from other games, there's also 2 clones in an already small cast. I just can't see why I'd want to play it over any of the classics.

I mean I love the gameplay, it's a 10/10 for my tastes but you can tell that their meager IGG budget went into the battle system and characters rather than the UI / engine.

I never understood that bit of fanservice, especially given the fact that she's wearing bike shorts under the skirt to begin with. Is she wearing them over the bike shorts? Are they that translucent? Why am I spending this much time thinking about this?

I suspect that the lack of polish on the Steam release is going to hurt the game a lot. Which sucks, because the core combat itself seems very solid. I really hope they modernize the release, though. There's no reason to have to make people forward ports manually in 2015, especially since Steamworks has NAT punching functionality built directly into the API and service.

Sakura's pantys were also visible during a lot of her moves. Probably a 90s thing idk

A little late but just saw the EVO stream schedule. Damn that's a fuck load of content. Hopefully I have nothing planned that weekend and can sit back with a few beers and dual monitor that bitch.

Haven't even caught up on CEO footage yet... derp.

Damn, Anne and Kadey were right

This is my problem with the game. Though I'd say the gameplay is definitely solid, I dont see a reason to play it over 3S, the game it is trying to emulate. Unless you're that much of a stickler for how unbalanced it is in comparison to Yata, I just dont see it. The UI/Presentation will definitely hurt its lasting appeal in the long run. Of that I have no doubt.

FighterGAF, I need your help.

I'm looking for a website that indexes a lot (if not practically all) fighting game characters. It even has tags where you can look for various categories, like what weapon they use, or various attributes such as nationality or "female", "wears glasses", "barefoot" and other things as such.
And it's not Fighters Generation or some sort of wikia for a specific game. It's even got like super obscure games that only came out in specific regions.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? I'm slapping myself for not bookmarking it and can't find it anymore.

Might be a wikia

I tried looking for a fighting game booru but I got a LOT of nsfw stuff instead. I vaguely recall visiting the website when I browsed /fgg/.
