199 is what you can get them for every 5 months or so at the Microsoft Store.

Yes, they work great on any device that outputs via optical audio. On PS4 you connect it via the included USB connector and optical audio cable. Fully wireless chat and game audio. I've used them for my PS4, Apple TV, and my TV.
