Considering they aren't even officially sold by retailers in the US...I'm going to say no. My advice would be to make a Slick Deals alert. They drop in price every so often.

I think Shipwreck from CAGcast put it best in that this "sale" is like the Target clearence endcap after it's been picked clean of the good stuff. Most of this is crap.
not even a game... the system has been out for four years and they couldn't even offer a game for free, physical or digital... this is a lightning deal...

It is the new one when you click on the deal. But I meant the 3DS itself has been around for four years. They could have easily thrown i a free game from year one. Ocarina of Time or Star Fox 3D because, you know, they need to hype that franchise up for the fall.

It's still empty under 'Upcoming', and that's because the A38s are available for sale now. There's nothing under PC/Video Games that is listed but not ready yet.
goes without saying but the plartform has been out of 4+ years. New 3DS only has like 1 exclusive game. It essentially the same thing as a 3DS, software wise.
