I really like a lot of the songs you guys are adding. If I could add anything, though, it would be a button on the mic for vocal overdrive instead of having to yell something or tap the mic or whatever. We just played some RB3 because we're too excited sitting around waiting for 4 and god, it would really make activating so much more precise on vocals.

Sadly, I do believe the export is no longer live for the game.
There is already precedent for Harmonix mining from the LRB setlist to sell as individual tracks, but I don't think they've done it since the launch period of RB3.

I played that so many times on Guitar Hero. It's DLC may have been minimal and shared a lot with Rock Band, but what songs didn't make the transition (and vice versa) were awesome.

That sounds promising. Hopefully for both consoles.
I'm split about the bundle preorder though. I placed an order for game and guitar bundle, but i would rather get the game digitally. But i don't want to miss out on the big free dlc pack.

from my knowledge of this game (which may be wrong here are the answers to your questions). some of these have been answered multiple times in this thread already.
1) nothing confirmed yet but i would hope so
2) rock band 3 - currently no, they originally said no rb3 export is planned but they have changed their official response to "stay tuned". if this export happens i would expect it to be $10. there is a code on the manual of the physical game but they also sell the game digitally so i'm not sure how all that will work. as of now, i would say no (plan for the worst, hope for the best)
rock band 2 - yes if you have the game and the code on the manual still and pay $10. i'm not sure the export is still active though
rock band 1 - yes and you only have to have the game disc and pay $5 and it downloads the songs off the disc onto your hard drive
3) no official word yet but i would hope so
4) current word is no (except mic) because those are all wired instruments (don't work on xbox one) if you have the stock instruments
5) no because it is wired and their current response on this is no wired instruments will work on xbox 1.

I pity those who shop at GameStop......20% discount, so many rewards and shit at best buy, only ended up spending $90 for the bundle. To top it off using paypal I get double rewards on my credit card so its like I spent $180 worth in points.....plus I get points for buying it at best buy and it just keeps stacking like crazy!

I'm preordering the guitar-only bundle later this week. Can't wait.
They need to give us some more information soon about what this process is going to look like. I am willing to spend the money to get the full band pack for this if 95%+ of all of my songs carry over. But if I am missing everything from RB 3 or have to pay again to get my RB2 and RB1 songs, then I will probably skip it.
