Reminds me of an old story about doing things the way they've always been done.

A young woman was preparing a ham dinner. After she cut off the end of the ham, she placed it in a pan for baking.

Her friend asked her,"Why did you cut off the end of the ham"?

I am very thorough, meticulous and safe with any work. The only near misses I have ever had were from being trained improperly or from other people not doing their jobs correctly. I am a trainee and not accredited to work by myself.
