Ah, yeah. My bad. I didn't mean they should create an all new gameplay demo for the showfloor but more that...I just hope DAWN isn't the extent of new stuff they have to show. I'm convinced it can't be, because they said the Duscae LPs wouldn't be live streamed and then had a shot of the team rehearsing the ATR...but there's a little part of me that's convinced DAWN will end with "and we can now announce Duscae 3.0 will be a free update to all".

Actually I wonder when SE will release the TGS tech demo as playable, like they said/suggested. WOuld be nice.

Considering how far away the game is how much do you really expect?

But realistically I think they redesigned her and she's the black haired woman or someone else. No way they're keeping two females with similiar hair styles / colors in the game.

That dragoon lady was never meant to be (never was) Stella/Luna. Stella was redesigned as Luna, black haired lady is a different character altogether. Luna is Stella now.

Not much...I think :P I don't mean I expect them to have some 30-40 minute, super extensive gameplay demo...just whether it's in one of the other towns or something we haven't seen before/for a long time...action heavy or not...I'll probably lap it up anyway so I don't know why I'm complaining.

Everyone in their right mind is saying 2016, and the whole rules around Gamescom awards mean that someone at SE is saying it'll be out by this time next year. Of course, it could get pushed back.

But people saying 2017 or later are nuts and not to be trusted.
 
I am beyond ready. Duscae was a great first look at the game but the ad nauseam showing of it made me a little less hyped though I understand why they did things like that. That little window of events they show in that teaser gif looks excellent. Get HYPE.

Yeah, I'm on the (platonic) Cor train too. I like the serious older warriors in FF (Cyan, Auron, Basch), and I think Cor will be a good contrast with Noctis and bros.

Honestly, I don't agree with Kagari on a lot of things, but I have this pegged spot on. I absolutely don't see this before Fall 2016.

Noctis, Ignis, Prompto, and Gladiolus are warriors from Lucis.

Lucis means light.

This means that Noctis, Ignis, Prompto, and Gladiolus are four Warriors of Light, just like the first Final Fantasy.

While the trailer will mostly focus on early game sections, like the others i hope they don't show too much Duscae, or at least another area of the region.

Yeah it's silly to think that Final Fantasy XV might not be out for another year and a half. I mean development on that game has been going so briskly. Damn, now that I think about it, it might be out next week for all we know.

Consider how the project rebooted in 2012, yeah, 2016 sounds just about right.

I'm just saying how you kept attaching yourself to mid-2017, and now Fall 2016 out of nowhere. What changed?

I might have to stay up for this (in US EST). This is definitely a 2016 release, but I would love for them to announce a first half date and blow expectations out of the water.

Also, the ATR is suppose to have other announcement too, right?
 
More importantly, next week is KH.


But yeah, can't wait for the trailer... Or rather, the music and the stuff they're going to show, because I have no faith that the trailer itself will be well edited =X
 
They're calling it the Dawn trailer, huh? Like the Dawn after Duscae?

I'm so excited, can't believe it's tonight. Time to show us all what you really have to offer, XV!
