In square's defense, they do have a lot of big budget RPG's on their plate right now.
The marketing and cinematics required for each title, and the overall design complexity probably means they won't have good margins for the titles, and there will be long development times for each of them.

That's not a very good defense, considering that this game was on their plate before any of the other games and remains on the plate, and it's been getting smelly and started growing hair a while ago.

we've seen 3 luna scenes so far. 1 with her sitting in a room waiting for noctis, 1 concept art of her clothes torn up and stumbling out of a city and 1 of her getting slapped. such a strong and interesting character
