Pretty much. The livetweets have all mentioned the huge pops are for Marvel & Star Wars. They know this - so they're making sure that goodwill and anticipation is used to keep people paying attention to stuff that doesn't have as much shine and isn't considered as interesting for a lot of the audience. It's smart.
