The biggest spoiler is showing off the new Metal Gear, so don't watch (or read this thread) if you don't want to see it or know what it does

I'm guessing it's actually a nightmare scene, and as soon as we see the last face, Snake bolts awake.
It's a good trailer. If people feel it's good and are excited for it then so be it.

That was always more important than REX itself. Its also actually a PRACTICAL and dangerous weapon as opposed to a large mech that can be shot with jets, tanks, and artillery.

Hmm, I don't think so. The process of synthesizing diamonds from someone's ashes was known by that time as well, IIRC - and that's a theme in TPP. It's just Metal Gear being Metal Gear, I guess.
ppl would rather take things way too literally and complain that it doesnt make sense instead of suspending disbelief and enjoying the ride.
No need to justify rising. It's not Kojimas baby. Story is tertiary.

I don't know how to put it without spoiling anything, but that might actually be the real spoiler. And it doesn't interfere with BB/Skull Face scene from GZ because....reasons.

Skull face is Big Boss from the future, trying to change the past. That would explain all the inconsistencies in the chronology and would lay a fundation for Metal Gear Remakes, since they would happen in Beta World, being the original Metal Gear games in Alpha World

This really wasn't that bad in terms of spoilers unless you didn't want to see the Metal Gear in full (it had already been shown in a brief clip in the E3 trailer to begin with). A Metal Gear is in MGSV! Oh my, so shocking.

It's not, technically speaking. They're clips, most of them random, and a track from the OST. It would work better (not that much) as a tribute. But you can like whatever you want, that's obvious.

It is all about the patriots supressing technological advancement to maintain control. Also MGS is a military SCIFI game. What's with people suddenly having problems
with their suspension of disbelief? Are you seriously telling me everything in this series was completely fine until you heard the sound that the Bipedal Nuclear Mech makes?

Which in the case of PO as of right now. It sits at "does it even matter if it's canon or not". It fits perfectly as a addition to the series but easily ignorable as well. Unless V changes that.
