I did an interview with the Brand Manager of One Piece the other day and going back and listening to the audio about the PC version he says it is based off the PS4 version. Though apparently this game is also really scaleable as you can play it on computers made a decade or more ago as well. It is possible that he was mistaken about which version that was based.

This could indeed be the case I suppose.
I was told if you had a powerful enough PC it should be able to match the PS4 version.

That's running maxed out on PC right now. The graphical options do not work.
Well, hopefully they fix that, I am just noting according to the mouth of the horse as it were this PC port is based off the PS4 version.
Yeesh that draw distance is outright insulting.

The game was accidentally discounted on the Australian store for 69 cents earlier today. Some smart people bought copies and traded them to others. If you're lucky you might be able to snag one still.
Also, you follow my Youtube channel, so I'll be playing it once my PC is back.

Is that even possible at this point? If someone was able to get multiple copies before the price glitch ended, then wouldn't it now in their inventory? If so, then it can't be traded / resold to anyone for a month. Unless I misunderstood what you said earlier.
You can gift not trade IIRC.

They can be gifted from the inventory.
I can't stop playing. It's so addictive! And there is so much to unlock.
Oh, and the battle with Oars was pretty lame.. I'm disappointed that they didn't have Nightmare Luffy :/ Oh well.
On another note... Tashigi is fantastic to play with. Loads of fun. I wonder how they made Shanks play..

there's any chance they are gonna do something about the fact that apparently graphic options don't work (at least someone said that,my copy is still in download)

I just started playing with Tashigi, and it is so fun to dash cancel her Faint to zoom around the battlefield at breakneck speeds.

So pcgamingwiki and a few on the Steam forums are saying the poor graphics on PC is because it's not actually enacting graphic setting changes and is stuck on a low setting. I've never played a Bandai Namco game on PC, how likely are they to patch this?
Edit: Now my controller is bugging out, can't scroll up or move my selection up on any menu. Fairly buggy port.

Looking at it, I'm not sure if it works for US/NA since it's an Italian website, but all 5 of those costumes are part of the DLC Season Pass as extra SP-only costumes not part of the two planned DLC bundles.

Me too! Decided to pass on PW1 and 2 but I've recently been catching up with the series and would love to play.
Yeah, Sabo's pretty heavily featured in a lot of art (and merchandising for the license in general), so for people who haven't followed the manga at all, it's a pretty huge spoiler.
I just hope they don't take too long fixing the aforementioned graphic settings not working issue. When Dynasty Warriors 8 ran like rubbish and would crash for a significant amount of people in loading screens, it took Tecmo Koei ages to fix it. Hopefully Namco Bandai will push them to fix it more quickly.

I'll have to take a look at this later. Your link only says Steam but if it works for PS4 also then that's cool. Also, Ace is not in Strong World, so no idea what that costume means, lol.
There'll be nothing other than that, of course, if it did it'd say so. Probably not worth it, though I might still buy it tonight or tomorrow if I end up playing this game a lot. I'm too big of a fan for my own good, lol.
EDIT: NA version says 30 costumes while EU only says 18 :/

Actually the anime already featured him so just about everyone should know Sabo's alive.
Their big issue was revealing Sabo so early as being on the cover
