I just finished mission 6 or 7 I think and I've done all the side mission and mission objectives up to this point. MB has everything upgraded to lev 2 and I maxed out the soldiers in each one.

That was actually a pretty good encounter with the Skulls since I could actually fight back this time, although with difficulties. Quiet was insanely useful here but she got injured and had to pull out so I called in D.D. This part really showd how good the dive was and dashing with 3 lasers on me then hitting the ground before certain death was tense and satisfying.

I figured prisoners/volunteers? during missions were constant.

I had the same problem. The game detests overclocked CPUs in it's current state. Turn off your OC and you should be golden.

Your F.O.B. will still be invaded offline, wouldn't it? Since you put it out there, the next time you connected for Konami server daily benefits (like Mother Base coins) you'd get the updated info and GMP loss right?
I haven't tried invading yet, because I'm worried about beating off invasions while completing the story.

Got a couple of questions to ask as a new person to MGSV. I've just completed the beginning part to have access to mother base, basically. Now I can choose whichever available missions to play however I want. Anyways, so I look back at my first rescue mission. There are 6 total mission tasks and I only have 2 completed. Does that mean if I go back to the same mission again, I just need to focus on getting unchecked mission tasks completed and then finish off the main mission ? How about all the resources, shiny objects and whatnot. Can I just go back to the mission and collect a couple I've missed the last time last time and it'll get added to my total ? Basically, do I have to do everything in one single mission or can I go back and slowly complete all the tasks and collection by replaying the mission later ? Thanks for answering~

I like how they add Day 1 bonus stuff and have some of the items have insane requirements.
Want to develop this random SMG? That'll be 450,000 GMP please! What's that, you just started playing and have barely enough GMP to buy toilet paper for Mother Base? Well come back after 20 hours when you've earned enough GMP and also unlocked so many other SMG blueprints that it'll render this one useless.
Yeah but it's pretty easy to ignore and the benefits far outweigh the negatives.

I know that outposts will re-staff after the day-night cycle, but does equipment you destroy stay destroyed? Like, if I take out some anti air radar will it stay out forever?

Yes, stuff like the radar will stay destroyed forever.
Anti air will stay gone. Comms will come back up.
Anti-air stays out forever and any fast travel points you've unlocked, the rest respawns.
