Surely this was planned to be the intro song to the game similar to Snake Eater?
MGS4 didn't have one since it went with the commercials.
Chapter 3 will be Venom being cornered, forced to face off against a mutated god parasite that will have multiple phases. And it'll end with Quiet appearing out of nowhere and throwing Venom a rocket launcher, which he uses to finish the parasite.
And then Venom will escape the area by punching a boulder dramatically.

Important side ops are colored yellow including hers'. Make sure you have taken off the Butterfly emblem and are at least past mission 43. When you do a random mission and go back to the ACC or Mother Base, Miller/Ocelot will let you know she left.
It's explicitly stated in the game that he was one of the first infected and that quiet was somehow able to detect it.

I can totally see this fit into an intro, it's pretty 80s and bombastic, just how MGS3 intro is very Bond like as it takes place in the 60s. The theme is also called "The Phantom Pain", just how the intro for MGS3 is also the subtitle of the game ("Snake Eater")....

Which pisses me off, that shit is "on-disc DLC" completely. Watch them sell a "chapter 3" as DLC.
What pisses me off more is that the PC version has the placeholders for the "day one" edition stuff like the Adamska gun but they were removed/deleted out of the PC version so people can't even use those unless someone is able to rip the console files out and modify them to be able to be used on the PC version. Watch them sell that as DLC or something.

One thing I'm also bothered by is the way in which the L.E.T element was handled. Which, obviously, was handled about as gracefully as a wet fart. I'm pretty sure miller mentioned to zero that snake had little to no knowledge of the twins. And the way kaz comes out of nowhere with a suspicion about eli being involved with the project. Pacing... Butt mud.
Not many, but you basically need to do all the other important yellow stuff, listen to all the important yellow tapes, max out her bond, and NOT have the butterfly emblem equipped.
For me, Side Ops 150 and Chapter 46 unlocked at the exact same time, so I think the conditions for unlocking Chapter 46 and triggering the Quiet endgame are the same, except maxing her bond is required for 150, but not 46.

It's such a shame that the story in this game falls so flat compared to the brilliantly executed and intricate storylines of MGS 1, 2 and 3. What's even more of a shame is that the material and ideas are there for a complex and convoluted MGS style plot. But it's all just nothing, and it all adds literally nothing to the overarching plot of the series. What a disappointing finale.
The gameplay is fantastic though which will keep me playing.

A day after beating it, I realize that I totally missed the "Quiet dancing in the rain" scene, which sure does make her "I wanted to express my feelings for you" line in mission 45 make a lot more sense.
