Impossible since Cammy and Decapre were both around in Alpha. Vega caught feelings in Alpha 3. If we gonna write some fan fiction let's keep it consistent.

They'd be foolish to lay everything out right now. This is just creating more hype for the game. Every character reveal is on the front page of every gaming site, and gets hundreds or thousands of posts among fighting game fans. And they still really haven't dug into all the modes that it'll have. Their handling of everything about the game so far has been pretty much flawless.
So you suck at the match-up, got it.
And they have them in playable form for people to test out at events pretty much right away after reveal.
Flawless is definitely the right word to use.

Oh well Q's bio states that's he had witnessed every important event within the SF canon, meaning he witnessed Ryu scarring Sagat, or when Gouki killed Dictator in SF2, etc.

Nope. Sagat should be in the starting cast. The character provides a gameplay style that is still not represented in this game yet.
And replace all of that with the true final fight character, Cody, and we're game.

Necro would be wonderful without air-parries too. I'm content with the characters we have so far anyway, though; Birdie looks excellent and R Mika and Rashid look a ton of fun to play as well.

Fuck Balance, he's the worst character in the series.
(I think Balance is best left up to system and mechanics, not characters. Most of Capcom's attempts to bring balance usually results in removing so much that may make the game interesting to the point it feels like watching paint dry.)
