It's not good value if you're paying for every mediorce indie game under the sun.
For what this would cost for a year ($144) I can get plenty of games I know I'm interested in during GOG's summer and winter sales, along with a few others scattered throughout the year.
Nope.
It's probably worth it for the very first bundle, simply because they'll be using it as a "Wow! Much value! Aren't you gutted you missed out?" thing for future bundles.
Thinking this through. What if you already own the games you get on a given month
Saying that it will include games never bundled before doesn't necessarily mean that it won't include games that have been bundled before.
Not sure that's a strong choice given the millions of people who just got it for free via PS+.
I tell ya what we're gonna do.
(in a hushed tone, to an unknown entity off camera) ...really? At that price? I...well, it's on them...
Folks...get on the website. Get onnnn the website, right now. Be surfin', gang.
If you order right now.
I can't believe this.
If you order right now, we're throwin' in FEZ. I didn't stutter. We're throwin' in FEZ.
We got World of Goo
Super Meat Boy
BIT. TRIP RUNNER
ANNNNNNNNNN THE FEZ
The negative reception here is weird. This is much better value than PS+ for example.
It costs more than PS+ for a year of service, and we have no word about how many games it will offer.
But you get to keep the games no matter what. That alone adds a lot of value.

It mentions only 5% goes to charity.
Does that mean we can't customize where our money goes?

So these will be games that haven't been in bundles?Discover games that haven't been featured in other bundles.
If it's $12 for a month, isn't it kind of stupid to subscribe now? Says it's 35+ days until the next bundle. Does that mean people will have to pay twice to get the first bundle?

It means you don't get the first bundle at all.If it's $12 for a month, isn't it kind of stupid to subscribe now? Says it's 35+ days until the next bundle. Does that mean people will have to pay twice to get the first bundle?
It really isn't.The negative reception here is weird. This is much better value than PS+ for example.
I answered your question in mine.I figured that was the caseI did edit in one more question I'd like an answer to.
I'd say it's a pretty good choice. It being free on PS+ didn't stop it from selling 1 million and a half on Steam.
Which is another reason why I'd say Rocket League is a poor choice. PS+ gave them momentum, but now that they have momentum and are selling really well on Steam, there's no good reason for them to agree to do another free bundle this early.
You didn't? Or I didn't understand how it works. Will it auto-renewal in the next month so you can't get the current games without having to pay for the month ahead?I answered your question in mine.
You are always paying a month in advance.
I'll bite the first month, if it goes right I will continue.
I like surprises!!!
$12 Grimrock 2, alright!
It will auto renew unless you cancel it.You didn't? Or I didn't understand how it works. Will it auto-renewal in the next month so you can't get the current games without having to pay for the month ahead?

I'm a little concerned that in order to buff up the mystery bundle they will have to weaken the Weekly and Standard humble bundles
