I live in Brazil too, and your complain still makes no sense. If anything, by living here you should know that we are diverse enough to a point that asking a character to be more "dark skinned" so it could represent us better is just nonsense.

That would be calling myself less brazillian, which I am definetly not. She does look brazillian, I'm not disputing that (then again, someone who is 100% japanese racially could also be brazillian). What I am saying is: if I saw her on the street, I would think of her as white, and given how diverse Brazil is, I believe capcom could have used the opportunity.

It's not that. It's that she was made by a human being who chose her color. I am not questioning heritage as a human being, but as aa character in a game where characters from certain countries usually represent the people and culture of that country.

All I am saying is to not treat her as somebody born this way.

We are diverse, which is why making her look european is a missed opportunity, I am not saying that she doesn't represent us well, I am saying that she could have darker skin and keep representing us, as well as better representing those of us who have darker skin. I don't think it is unreasonable to want that. It's not like it is a demand or anything.

The ticket is the most expensive thing if you go. Accommodations are cheap if you're not staying in a 4 star hotel, which no one should in the age of AirBnB.

Also, please don't look too hard into this. I'm not trying to say anything about what a Brazilian character should/shouldn't look like. This is just what I was hoping for when the rumors about this character first appeared.

I'm always hoping for more dark female characters, not just in Street Fighter.

That is my point as well. I really wouldn't have seen the point in making her darker when she's even wearing Brazilian colors, and she's already tan, with a hair style that definitely doesn't "look Caucasian." Even if I didn't know she was Brazilian I'd assume she was Latina. She looks very similar to some of my cousins, so yeah.
 
She really would look better with a sports bra. A missed opportunity for more costume variations for DLC.

People are more interested in arguing about her skin color then her actual fighting abilities or moves or anything actually related to the game.

Don't forget the lack of a bra / sports bra! I too wish we could talk more about her abilities or anything related to her character that doesn't revolve her skin color of lack of bra. But I guess it is what it is.

I'm hoping she's faster than I think she may be. I'm also wondering what the range on her projectile will be like. A part of me thinks it's going to have a very short range.
 
I like the character. Really excited to see a video of some gameplay. This also keeps me hopeful that Zen will be a zoning character, if such a thing can exist in SFV.

Well some people say Dudley isn't black but a medium-dark white British male. Some people say Elena isn't black, but a dark skinned but not black African princess because her hair is white and she has blue eyes. Have you ever seen a black person with white hair and blue eyes? They ask as they play a videogame series with people with hair colors the run the entire color spectrum.

Oh thank god someone who wants to talk about the game.

On the subject of her sports bra arguments, we would be fooling ourselves if we didn't think there would be 2-3 alt outfits by December of next year, I'm sure something like that will happen.

And honestly from the pictures I'm getting a Able vibe, she looks like she had a wheel kick just like his, and her move where she has the person grappled may be a critical art or something. But if her range is short it would make sense for her to have a able style 1-2-throw combo.
