Ryu, Chun, Claw, ?
Ken, Gief, Dictator, Cammy

Ryu and Ken were in SF1
Chun and Gief were playable in the first SF2 game
Dictator and Claw were playable in the 2nd SF2 game
Cammy+? were playable in the CPS2 games.

I say ? is Gouki/Akuma...if not DJ
