So, is the 2nd Trails in the Sky game also on PC? I own the first and have heard everyone loves it but still haven't played it yet. I hope I'll be able to play the 2nd one on the same platform

Yes. Trails in the Sky FC and SC are on PC. It's Cold Steel (the next trilogy XSEED is localizing as well) that is limited to Vita and PS4.

Just "exclusive" announcements could be anything indeed, there really was no limit placed on what could be announced.

I think you're getting mixed up with Trails of Cold Steel. Trails in the Sky SC has no physical release planned as yet.
Who knows what they might announce though (unlikely)

Oh ok, I must be getting them confused then. That's what I mean these games I'm not sure what order they came out in or what they have to do with each other, just that I heard they are really good
There are a couple of charts on the preceding pages but I'm not sure if they'll help you or confuse you more.
All you need to know is that Trails in the Sky SC is the game you want and it is releasing digitally for PC and PSP(&Vita) any moment now. Physical is unlikely.

I think the only media outlet that mentioned an XSEED event invite prior and leaking it everywhere was RPGSite.
So it's possible they have an official word that will be unlocked directly at 12PM PST, if people wanted to focus on one site in particular that may be a nice bet.

Yeah, all the games I can think of that XSEED would announce localizations of right now are terrible and worthless, which is why I'm not really looking forward to much beyond an SC date announcement.

Unless it's the Olivia Newton John song, any Xanadu is good Xanadu. My dream would be Legend of Xanadu I and II on PCE CD finally in English.
