Humble Capcom Bundle is live

Wow. Revelations 2 is a lot of fun, big improvement over the first. I like how it's basically the same price on Steam now, even with the Humble coupon.

Would trade RE4 and/ or SFIV keys for my Dead Space 2, Dragon Age Origins, Outlast, Mass Effect 2 and/ or Torchlight 2 keys. PM me, would you kindly?

For a key of Bionic Commando:Rearmed, quote this post. Please do let us know that you already grabbed it

(posted a Remember me one few post above, but got no confirmation at all)

Which of the RE games would be the best to start with if I have never played any of them before?
Of the games in this bundle Resident Evil 4 without question. The series as whole I'd still say Resi4 for the new action type titles and for the older survival horror the Resident Evil Remake which while not in this bundle is on steam, psn and xbox live.

Resident Evil 4 or Resident Evil HD (the one that most recently came out - remake of 1).

4 is more action-oriented, 1 is more puzzles and resource management.

Thanks, meant the games out of this bundle. RE 4 then :)

Can I jump straight into RE 4 or should I play the earlier games first? The only other RE game I've played at length is Revelations. I have RE 2 & 3 on PSN but haven't played them yet.

You'll be fine. There's not much you need to know to enjoy it - which you will, immensely. Have fun!

Anyone have a spare for the first Revelations? It's been on my wishlist since forever and of course i don't have monies to spend when a capcom bundle randomly appears. ;-;

Since you have a few of the older games you might as well start from the beginning. You don't have the first one or REmake?

The easiest of the later RE game to jump into.

The easiest of the latter RE game to jump into.

Thanks! RE 4 is what finally pushed me to get the bundle. Seems like a universally loved RE game.

I think my friend has RE 1 for DS, so there's that. I wanted the PSN version but I heard they messed up the soundtrack. REmake sounds interesting though.

You are correct, the PSN version is the Dual Shock version of Resident Evil: Director's Cut, which had hilariously awful tunes replace the original music for inexplicable reasons.

The DS version retains most of the original music, some tracks repeat to save space. It is my preferred version of the original game overall, you also can skip door animations! Well worth playing if you have access.

REmake of course is its own monster, just an incredible game that surprises and expands on the original game, you may even come to appreciate it more playing the original first.

So the average purchase is now $9.21 which seems pretty high.

I wonder what the highest average has ever been for one of these bundles.

I'm guessing a lot of people went for the $15 bundle since this stuff rarely goes on sale.

And why a lot of people seemingly don't have RE5 DLC codes to give out

>_> <_<

;_;
