I can look past most of the graphical issues and nitpicks, but these reduced frames on enemies within a certain distance is atrocious. Really makes me doubt the validity of the 60fps claim, it happens like 2 meters away from me wtf.

It's weird that you can't swap weapons with allies? Or I couldn't in the second mission anyway.

Gameplay is good so far though.

Was your file size ever in the 40's? When I first noticed mine it said 40 something but I had never actally downloaded anything. I had to delete that file and it seemed to download after that.

Regarding the campaign. It has the same issue that Halo 4 had. You don't have any ammo for your weapons.

5 minutes into the mission you need to scramble around for those mostly shitty Covenant and Promethean weapons. Ugh.

I would assume the game is compressed and then extracted after the download is finished. I'd wait and see, I could be wrong however.

Been at work all day, im seeing a lot of conflicting answers regarding the reinstall issue. My game right now is 46.8 gigs i believe, im west coast so game launches in 2 1/2 hours for me. Will it just prompt me for a 9GB patch at 9? Or is there a way to force it now. When I was here for Destiny launch the consensus was that people would just hard reset their console if they got confronted by a full reinstall at midnight

Everyone will have the opportunity to unlock the armor in game on day one. The Gamestop preorder bonus is a guaranteed unlock that makes it available right off the bat (no need to unlock), but you can still get the armor without preordering.
