While I'm not meaning to sound political, I had to uninstall Destiny to make room on my hard drive for this game.
Yeah pre-load ahead of launch and press play a minute after midnight. That is pretty hard.
If you're still struggling, try this. Go to My Games and Apps. Find Halo 5. Press Start/Options -> Manage game. On the right there may be save data for your GT. Delete it then restart console. See if that helps? :/
Seeing as the sole reason I own an X1 is for Halo I think I can live with it
when I play a game regardless of console it is usually the sole game I am playing for an extended period, so I put the disc in once and then never had to think about it again until i am done playing it (which lets be honest wont be for a long time)
and you game may be digital but Best Buy still got you beat on price and goodies

Do I have to wait longer to install? yes (no preload), can the disk break? sure

I do have to admit, the Forge maps aren't exactly lookers. And tbh I'm not a fan of them to play on in general. Don't have any complaints with the bespoke maps though.

Oh man! The first level was fantastic! The gunplay has never been better and the first level was a great sandbox. I was flanking all over the place. Lots of fun.

I had the preview dashboard and I reverted back just because I didn't trust it with Halo 5 around the corner. I think one of the guys I'm playing with is also having issues with it right now.
Alright, I unwrapped it. There goes nothing, I'll probably just skip the single player until I'm done with MCC and stick to multi for now
I did but it didn't help me. I dunno what to do. Just playing a level of campaign, I guess. No idea what's going on.

Campaign 1st impressions no spoilers..... Its hella fun. Looks great. I dont get the negativity towards the visuals. New abilities are welcome. Can't wait to try MP after a few hours of sleep.

Good, it makes multiplayer a lot more interesting. Actually set up positions and flanking and such.
