Is ZhugeEX a reliable insider? I haven't heard of him before this thread.

ZhugeEX is famous for his charts and numbers on GAF (but he got banned). He's not really an insider, he just reported what he heard from a chinese gaming website.

One of the SP Guys, Nate Fox i believe said they want to tell more stories in the Infamous World + they're working on an Open World game, i am sure they are not done with Infamous yet.

Being fair Paris isn't exactly a million miles away like some of the long haul flights other teams have had to take. But yeah I think it's a bit more than just the bikes.
