Yes. I live in California and all major AAA releases have always unlocked for me at 9PM on Monday on Steam.

Yes it should work like it has for other games that have released in other regions earlier than in the States. I have done it a few times myself and know others that do it as well. Should still be the case this release as well.

There is a store within my same county I know of that sell most games anywhere from 4-7 days early. I just never care enough to make the drive and I get most of my games on PC anyways.

Agreed. It doesn't hurt anyone if they do global unlocks. I am happy that most games are now releasing at 9PM PST to coincide with EST releases these last couple of years.

Well I just officially canceled my Pipboy edition @ amazon. God speed guys! it REALLY hurt to hit that cancel button. My limited gaming budget though would rather spend $120 on Fallout 4 standard and Battlefront Deluxe then just the Pipboy edition.

If you tell the workers there to check the back they will usually get them out for you. Most Walmarts I've been to don put them out for sale at midnight but will go get the game for you if you ask them for it.

I've done walmart midnight releases a few times. When i got smash for 3ds they had no idea what we were talking about and it took us 45 minutes to get it.

All you'd have to do is go to the register, ask for the game, as long as its past midnight they'll sell it to you.

No, it's at midnight, look at the chart. Steam's unlock time is almost never accurate.

The old skills still exist as bobbleheads, most likely they impart a unique Perk like Magazines now do. Who knows what repair will do though given the circumstances.

I can't tell. That post was very short and offered no other insight. If he was praising the gunplay then I agree with him completely. Machine Games and id really looked like they helped them.
