Yeah, they are liking arena. They want to enjoy the storyline for Halo 5, but they aren't going to go to the Halo Channel or pick up any of the books to understand what is going on. That's what I'm for since I read the books.

If you make a custom Arena game type with BR starts you should be able to see it in your custom.

The weapon skins are only applied when you spawn with them, not on pickup weapons. Maybe they should change that though as otherwise BR skins will be impossible to see in ranked matches.

Yeah they should change it so that if you pick up a normal weapon that has no special skin, it is replaced with your choice. Then as along as that weapon is in play, it retains that skin (not replaced if someone else picks it up).

That way we'd actually get to use our skins, but we'd still be able to pick up dropped weapons that have other peoples skins on them.

I'm not sure what KDR means, but I can't play video games anymore on a big TV that has more than 1ms of input lag. Just doesn't feel right.

So after watching the legendary ending and we see the Halo ring, my friends and I are expecting the flood to return in Halo 6. Since the Covenant seemed to end during Halo 5 and only Prometheans remain as an enemy type, what do you guys think they would look like if the flood infected them? Can the flood even infect them?

A flood and Promethean only future sounds like a horribly annoying nightmare of a campaign. I wouldn't think the flood can infect the Prometheans since they are not organic

I'm extremely disappointed that 343 considers CTF a weekend playlist. This is a staple of the game and should be included in a dedicated objective playlist. Stop messing around guys, get basic objective going and then make shotty snipers the weekend vacation.

I was thinking they couldn't infect them either. Maybe the significance of the Halo ring is Cortana plans to active the rings to kill all organic life and make it easier for her to take the Mantle and not have to deal with Chief or anybody else attempting to stop her.

I'm pretty sure that was Cortana humming as the ring powered up. My guess is she preps the last of the remaining Halo array to use ot against Chief and anyone else who disagrees with her madness.

No it wouldn't considering objective is Fun in Halo 5. The game isn't spawning you with ARs on Valhalla/Standoff.

Objective playlists have failed in the past mainly because of craptastic default settings.
