OK... A few impressions from the first 2-3 hours
-Gameplay and animations are relatively clunky... Feels a bit dated for a 2015 game
-Graphics obviously not breath taking in their visual quality but the atmosphere is nice and spot on.
Some parts look very nice, other parts (especially facial animations) look very dated.
-conversations have a very strange dynamic at times... It's not like Witcher, where you have the feeling of just talking to someone... Here it sometimes feels more like clumsily putting sentences and explanations together. It's kinda hard to explain, just feels weird and doesn't make me want to stay in the conversation. There are more issues with the dialogue system, but...
-... I didn't had the feeling so far that there were too few dialogue options.
-sometimes more than one person talks and you can't unterstand parts of it
-the radio doesn't pause if you start a dialogue. (hate it when games do that)
-after a few minutes with dogmeat, I kinda want him to leave... That's not necessarily the games fault though, dogmeat as a companion works fine as far as I can tell ... Think I just prefer to wander alone.
-the crafting system seems like a lot of fun... You obviously have very limited possibilities in the first hours but I can see myself spending a lot of time with tinkering around.
-I also had a lot of fun with the character creator.
A lot of the issues can be patched in the future fortunately.
