Stuttering is a well known problem in Bethesda games.
One should have thought they could have that one sorted out by now.

Anyway, here is my planned perks up to level 10. By level 11 I will probably aim towards the local leader perk. I hope I will have found the char bobblehead by then.

short press is changing the view, hold and right stick is changing how far the camera is away from the character in 3rd person view.

long press at settletments it goes into building mode.

I can't test if left or right click does something, if anyone would be kind to try that out ? I am pretty sure it does nothing.

Did you pay the extra 11 bucks to get it on release day? Though I didn't preorder Fallout from them, I did recently pre-order Black Ops III and didn't pay the 11 bucks...though it shipped out the night before release, tracking says it won't be arriving until this Thursday.
 
Just FYI for people who are preloading on PS4:
PSN seems to have problems with automatic downloads of pre-orders. I know this because my Arkham Knight download didn't start when it was supposed to:
if your download hasn't started yet, download a free app and your preload should start.
Otherwise, download Singstar and a free song from the app (every day there's some free track) then resume your Fallout 4 download.







Or buy an Xbox One ;D

I paid $20 for expedited and it still won't get to my place until Tuesday. I'm kinda pissed that four business days is considered expedited.

I have not read anything about how the pip-boy app works. Is it not working properly until release date even though people have the game?
Or does anyone have any impressions?

cant you just start the preload manually?
 
Any impressions for Xbox One? Performance wise?

I'm also wondering if I change region would I be able to play this sooner :P?
 
This game is supposed to be releasing in almost 24 hours and the preload still isn't up? My internet here in Australia isn't going to be able to download the game in time ffs

Ive never had too with Best Buy. Everything Ive preordered arrives on release day if you preorder soon enough. It's different in this case because they usually ship out the previous Friday. In a few instances they shipped the day before and still arrived for release day. They'e never missed launch day. So I still have hope!

If by "a lot" you mean "some" then yes, I agree. However, while I did learn some stuff from the more knowledgeable and reasonable participants in those discussions, most of that drama was like the Black Knight scene in Monty Pythons The Holy Grail because all empirical evidence to the contrary, the Black Knight was incapable of acknowledging his defeat. Too many "critics" on both sides have fox news talking points and never serious respond in dialog to the other side. "Criticism" does not equal repeating FO4 looks like shit or is no better than FO3, nor is it the witty rejoinder "is not."

Well, I'll be off from work at a bit OVER 24 hours from this exact moment, so I guess it doesn't really matter

Deselect automatic download from settings, or the option for automatic download from your preload list.

Have no idea, I'm getting it on the Xbone, but I see a lot of people asking about it and I keep getting lot of server issues on Destiny, Spotify not working properly, and Search for online PSN ID has become useless. So I assume there are going to be problems with Fallout 4 also.
