This shit is so lost on me... i must be getting old, because i have no fucking clue what is going on... like absolute no idea.
I believe two Twitch streamers went on an online date (which he bungles horribly) in World of Warcraft or something, both streaming it. Then it looks like yet another person (this guy's friend?) captured the guy's stream and put his reaction in the upper right, occasionally advising him on what to do/say to her next. This is getting a little meta for me.
Edit: I skipped to around 45 minutes in, this is like if you went on a date with a girl while your buddy and an audience of 1000 watch you two behind a one-way mirror, then you duck behind the mirror to talk to your friend and watch/listen her interact with the audience while texting her. This is less cringe than just absolutely bizarre.

One of those porn sites where they take a regular dude and have them go on a date with a pornstar and then bang at the end - there's an episode where the dude is so weird and awkward and horrible that when it comes time, the girl refuses. They find some other guy to do the scene (probably a professional?) They tell the first guy to leave, and he has to walk passed the two having sex to go grab his coat or something and he has this just blank, dead inside look on his face. I couldn't handle it. I don't know if the whole thing was scripted or not but I was squirming in my chair
